My favorite restaurant in Prague. Great Pardubice Porter, old school heavy wood furniture, relaxed atmosphere, friendly, efficient but not overbearing service, food is very good, prices low.

If you want to get local food this is the place. It looked intimidating in the begging without crowds storming the door but it's the perfect spot for some Czech food. Decent prices, lemonade and non alcoholic beer on tap as well. The area around is great for exploring.

I've been in Prague a week, and the food here is better than any 4.7-star restaurant that I've eaten at. Service was friendly but maybe a bit absentminded but overall an excellent dinner. Great porter also.

Delicious food, cheap beer, beautiful atmosphere. tried their specialties (pork knie and gay steak for carnivores, cheese in cartoffel pancake for vegetarian,) much recommended, good price for large portions. the pancakes had 3 different cheeses inside, tasty and big, but could have some salat. we are very happy
