Organic Sushi - Prague

Once upon in Nusle a sushi master opened his bar. Most of the ingredients travel over the world in first class planes. There's a story behind everything in this place and it fits into emerging hip area in Nusle. As far as the sushi goes, it's top 5 in the city, but without all that posh, which usually goes together with a good sushi bar.

Very cozy place in industrial minimalist design. Friendly and chill staff. We ordered sushi and we were excited! I am definitely going to visit this place again.

This place is away from the city center and around 15 minutes walk from the Vysehrad park. It is a true hidden gem of a local neighborhood. Interior looks very stylish and, at the same time, giving you a home like feel. Background music and overall atmosphere is quite chilling. Now to the point sushi. Today we've ordered big 38 pieces set that was delivered to our table shortly afterwards (should also admit we were first and only visitors at this moment). There was an introduction made about all types of sushi on the plate and their components' origin, amplifying our appetite. I've been to many sushi places in Prague but this one is simply the best. Not only the quality of the product but also size of each sushi when in some places you would still feel hungry after 20+ pieces, here I was filling full and delighted. Combined with amazing home made lemonade and very very decent pricing, I had one of the best experiences to date. Strongly recommend.
