Nice old hotel. The rooms were small. The bed is comfortable. The rooms are very clean. They make housekeeping every day.
The hotel has a very good location, fine goods and breakfast is included. Breakfast, from 7 am to 10 pm, is excellent, very well sorted. Two small elevators and five floors. The bedrooms have different sizes. We changed from one with two beds, to the other with a double bed. The second had a great bathroom, with a bathtub and double curtain. They have a small freezer, tables and chairs in the room. The restaurant on the first floor is very comfortable and with affordable prices. Guests of the reception can call a taxi every time you want. Be careful with the tours they offer you, because you can run for six hours in Prague.
Good hotel, very convenient to the Old City and the Jewish Quarter. Booked a suite which was a good size for entertaining the friends we were travelling with. Included breakfast was good and a solid start to the day. Beds were comfortably firm. The rooms were cleaned promptly in the morning. Could have been better the soundproofing was OK but not great plumbing sounds and loud neighbours were an issue for our friends. There were no USB outlets in the room for charging electronics, no kettle, and we had to ask at the front desk for the WiFi password, so the stay wasn't quite effortless.
This is definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel. At the desk, the welcome and also during the staying, there is no empathy at all...no one care if I asked for a quiet room. Windows are so thin, seems to be sleeping directly on the street. The breakfast was not tasty at all, scrambled eggs tasting like fish, and the lady from the hotel put an egg not eaten from a customer, back on the tray.
