The waiters don’t even know what they are serving! They do not attend to your table. Food very average! For a birthday party we were sat to a side table with the worst neon lighting I have ever seen. Terrible experience sadly. I went there a few years ago and it has gone downhill since. Avoid at all cost

For some reason they were out of gyros at 7pm. This should’ve happen in a greek restaurant. It’s like chinese (canton) restaurants are out of duck. Another problem was the waitress recommended us chicken souvlaki instead of gyros. It’s similar he said. 1. It’s not similar 2. I would recommend pork souvlaki over chicken souvlaki instead of gyros. Just because gyros is pork. This was very confusing to me

What we got instead was some of the most unpleasant service we’ve had in a long time. Aside from the friendly host at the entrance (the only bright spot), the staff serving us were outright unfriendly, dismissive, and visibly annoyed by our presence. Our waitress made zero effort no recommendations, no basic courtesy, not even a smile. Every interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her. Another waiter randomly approached us asking if we had ordered, and when we said yes, he just turned around and walked away without a single word. The whole team seemed disorganized and completely uninterested. Plates were taken away while we were still eating, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. No one bothered to mention that portions are small and come without sides, so we were left hungry after spending around 2000 CZK. What stood out the most was the energy cold, rude, and draining, everything but authentic Greek. Instead of enjoying our evening, we left feeling irritated and honestly a bit shocked at how uncomfortable the whole experience was. We came in excited and left with our mood ruined. Definitely not coming back.
