But w... read more It's a real revelation, it happened a few times with my missus. At first we looked completely empty, even originally we were looking for something simple. But we finally came there and did other diners within the hour. Place has opened kitchen so that you had the level of cooks with was exemplary. We had main course and dessert, both were perfect size and execution. I had Venison ravioli and cottage cheese Dessert with some local Cabernet. Before the house personnel had great attention to details. Bill was another pleasant surprise, highly recommended!

Came here based on reviews but not impressed. Food was presented very well, but was lacking in taste/ quality. My foie gras was weird and the rabbit stew was dry and unpalatable. Service was efficient but quite cold and dinstant. There are other better restto go to in Prague.

This... read more This restaurant is attached to the Hotel Rott where we were staying. Because we are lovers of live music, we booked a table for the Thursday jazz evening. This happened to be our last night and what a special evening it turned into. The friendly service (Radec), the wonderful food and the quality of jazz made an evening we will long remember. We were also pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Having been totally ripped off by a shoddy pizza place in Old Town Square, this restaurant made up for it We highly recommend Nuance Restaurant.
