Hard Rock Cafe Prague

The food was fantastic, but the service was even better. The atmosphere was beautiful and Alex, our server, was exceptional.

My husband and I went for my 40th birthday dinner. The waiter made a mistake with our orders - I ended up with my wife's meal and vice versa. They quickly brought back the correct dishes, but mine was cold by the time it arrived. We had to send my meal back, while my wife's was getting cold. The food was tasty, but the service was very poor. I would not return to this restaurant if I had known how bad it would be.

The waitress was stunning, they seated us earlier than expected, which was fantastic. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable.

I reserved a table for my husband's birthday party at Hard Rock Cafe in Prague. The food and all the staff were exceptional. We were even treated with a dessert to share for free for his birthday. We had a great time. Thanks to everyone. His birthday is special.

I am once again very pleased about my experience at the latest (the 86th) different Hard Rock I have been to around the world and counting. I always expect consistency from Hard Rock and I was not disappointed as the staff, both in the restaurant and the Rock Shop treated me very well, so kudos to the whole staff and keep on rocking, My only disappointment was that I was not able to pick my own songs, but the songs throughout did justice. Thank you.
