Beautiful and rustic hotel. very good to reach with the tram (station andel ~7 minutes to foot.) special thanks to martin who knows his job absolutely. from the... read more Beautiful and rustic hotel. very good to reach with the tram (station andel ~7 minutes to foot.) special thanks to martin who knows his job absolutely. from the arrival to the departure of the customer service was really excellent! due to corona there was almost no one there, but if you want to travel, I can highly recommend this hotel. the breakfast was super good and delivered to the room. for my taste, the matratze was a bit too hard. I hope the bookings will rise again! the best for the whole team!

I'm coming back to this hotel.

We were here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. they coworkers and hospitable were wonderful and very attentive. they offered welcome drinks, a welc... read more We were here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. they coworkers and hospitable were wonderful and very attentive. they offered welcome drinks, a welcome fruit basket and many help how to get around and what to see. they are very well located to public transport. we used their garage parking, as it was convenient and safe. Note that the entrance to the indoor parking lot is very narrow and not for the weak hearts. the breakfast was included and it was very delicious. besides the usual buffet, they offered cooking specialties such as French toast, porridge (oatmeal,) omelets, etc. we also had a night dinner here and their risotto and chocolate cake was very delicious. we traveled with our 17-month son and they delivered a comfortable baby bed (travel bed / playground.) they also offer free babysitting, although we did not use it. her room and bathroom were very comfortable and good size. we were in a junior suite and had a king-size bed (additional to crib.) the bed is very comfortable and we have slept well. overall I highly recommend the hotel to everyone and my family and I would stay here again.

It is located away from the mobs of Prague tourists (like us) yet conveniently near to tram and Metro lines. The staff was fluent in English (and you will appreciate that in Prague) and did everything possible to make us comfortable and relaxed. You can buy tram/bus/Metro tickets from them, they can tell you where to buy wine or aspirins, etc. The small restaurant at the hotel, Viva Victoria, is outstanding. It does not seem to be be much frequented, and I don't know why, but do not be discouraged if you are the only diners. Our room was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked with amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Prague.
