Bridge - Prague

Poor service, expensive food. 2 stars because of the nice river side location.

Sitting outside, view on the riverside is beautiful but this is it. The food is awfull. I guess this place could be good only for a drink or coffee and enjoying the view. I don't recommend to order anything to eat, you will just lose money. Service is also not very good. The prices are definitely too high for that quality.

Waitress got annoyed when I say that I'm in a hurry so I like to order something that I can get quickly. I ordered a pork dish but I'm sure I got a chicken dish. I was not in a mood to argue whether it's chicken or chicken flavoured pork so I just paid for pork dish. I'm sure there are much better places in Prague.

Eating was okay, they lacked several items from their menu, including their daily special, which seems to be nothing more than a tourist trap to sit in careless tourist at their tables. the service was error-free, but they did their job. that's really a location. it's nice, but if I came back into this opposite, I would probably give one of the other restaurants on the bridge a try before I return here.

The male big waiter was very accommodating. he gave us cover as soon as we set ourselves. we were very cold and the deck kept us warm. He also gave us 5 menus. we were group of 5. he put us in a bigger table. I ordered the black cnuckle, kartoffelmaisch and a 200 ml sprite. the gay was huge. it is good for 2 people. I couldn't eat it alone. it is served with coleslaw and pickles. I ordered extra mashed potato. my bill was 571 czk. the waiter was patient for us to separate the bill to each of us. he also told me that the tipp is already included. the gay alone is 369 czk. it would be nice to serve it with gravity. they have so many foods. soups, salat, pork, bark meat, huh, vegetarian, salmon, local dish, risotto and desserts. coffee, tee, weine, glow wines and spirits are also available. the food was served 23 minutes after the waiter of our order. very good restaurant on water with beautiful view. toilet was clean. very good service. they have to eat here when they come after prag. turn right from the karlsbrücke when they are facing the old town.
