I ordered knuckle as a second course, and it was literally raw and uncooked. I have let the waiter know and instead of apologizing for the mistake, he has dedicated himself to saying that he would have warned him before. At the time of paying we have been charged for the 3 complete menus. I told the waiter that I didn't think it was right that they charged us for something that had been badly served, but that if he considered it right I would pay for it. After many explanations and telling us that they already buy the cooked meat, they have charged us for half of that menu. In my work, if I make a mistake, the first thing I ask is to apologize to the client, and of course it does not occur to me to charge him anything, since I assume the bad moment I have experienced.
