the owner is actually a well known guy. he had earlier restaurants in bkk and is now settled in a quiet city. he's so kind! for me the aubergine was amazing. a sweet surprise I never had. they offer the standard vegan options, but if they explain what they will and do not eat, they are more than happy to fulfill and pfeifen some sushi for them.
