the owner is actually a well known guy. he had earlier restaurants in bkk and is now settled in a quiet city. he's so kind! for me the aubergine was amazing. a sweet surprise I never had. they offer the standard vegan options, but if they explain what they will and do not eat, they are more than happy to fulfill and pfeifen some sushi for them. I ordered Teriyaki with asparagus and spinach. It was delicious and beautifully presented.
The owner of this restaurant is well-known and used to have restaurants in Bangkok before settling in a quiet city. He is incredibly friendly. I thought the Aubergine dish was amazing and a delightful surprise. They offer standard vegan options, but are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions if you explain what you do and do not eat. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I recently visited a restaurant in a city known for its limited dining options and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious vegan dishes available. The owners, who speak English, prepared amazing meals for me after I explained my dietary preferences. I enjoyed the seaweed salad, asparagus roll without cheese, pickled radish roll, and tofu steak with vegan toppings. I can't wait to return and try the fried eggplant, which the owner highly recommended.
In a town where it can be difficult to find good food options, this restaurant offers some delicious vegan choices. The owner and his wife speak English, and after I explained my dietary preferences, they prepared some amazing dishes for me. I tried the Seaweed salad, Asparagus roll (without cheese), Pickled radish roll, and Tofu steak with vegan toppings, all of which were very tasty. I plan to return to sample the fried eggplant, which was recommended by the owner.
I ordered tofu teriyaki with asparagus and spinach and it was deliciously prepared and beautifully presented.
