What a find. Just happened to be in Hay on Wye at 5pm on a Saturday and managed to get a table before the rush. Lots of starters that some were using as tapas (the ox heart and the trout tartare were both absolutely fabulous) and there were only 3 mains. I recently dined at the pop-up restaurant hosted by The Burger Shop (Rule of Tum) from Hereford. Once again, the food and service were exceptional.
The food, drinks, and service at this restaurant were amazing!
This is the best restaurant in the city. The food is truly amazing.

Really exceptional food. Only downside is the coffee.
