However, the food served at the Neuadd Arms Hotel was one of the worst meals I have had during my time here. It was just about edible, which is not saying much. Despite the sunny weather, the outdoor seating was spoiled by the noisy lorries passing by in front of the hotel. It is surprising that the hotel was not located by the beautiful river nearby. The Neuadd Arms Hotel is not the only establishment in town that disappointed me. Stay tuned for more reviews.
We stopped for dinner on our way home from the Eisteddfod and received a warm welcome from the staff. The food was served quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be coming back again.

I tried the Neuadd burger today and it was fantastic! 10/10. Come and give it a try, along with their great beer selection!
This hotel, run by a friendly family, is exceptionally welcoming to dogs. They truly mean it when they say they are "Dog Friendly", but they also ensure that dogs are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. We stayed at the hotel for three nights during a walking holiday with our large dog. The walking trails were fantastic, suitable for all abilities. The hotel seems to be a hub for community activities, with many regular visitors from various parts of the UK. The owners were actively making sure that all guests, including our dog, were taken care of. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and freshly prepared. We highly recommend this hotel as a family-friendly, dog-friendly, and lively place to stay.
