What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Food and service were good. Problem is her HVAC. It was probably 80 degrees inside. I left in winter when they had no heat. Time for the owner to update and replace the equipment. View all feedback.
My order was incorrect one night and I was told that I could replace it the next day called and with Ricky the manager at the service and also without any entrance from the previous night he still replaced my order and when I went to get my order I talked to an employee Tammy on site he was so friendly and so generous to ensure that our order was absolutely right! They turned out to be sure what a negative experience had been in a very positive for me and my family I could really appreciate the hard work of these amazing employees!
Came to 6/20/22 had a little complication, but this new manager I don't see before thinking big brown hair Stocky guy, his name was Jack. He's all right. very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had bad hopes in this place due to comments, but now I see that they change leaves
Breakfast biscuits were sold to a dollar. Well done! The first time they were hard and obviously had sat for a while. I gave them another shot and the last three times were good and fresh. I should have taken the old ones back, but I didn't disturb them for a dollar.
Fast food smart in powhatan, they definitely have the best burger. Great service.
Bought 3 single cheeseburgers with tax it was almost $15.00. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING NO MORE WENDYS FOR ME
