Osaka Hibachi Sushi - POWHATAN

The owner made my sushi very friendly without crispy tempura, as I am gluten-intolerant, and I thought that was good, but I still had a slight gluten reaction. I have a little googling around, and it seems that gluten could still be in rice soups, sauces, gluten-covered cooking materials / fry oil, wasabi.... If you have an ingredient list for us allergen-prone people, that would be wonderful! I love special rolls with different sauces, but it can be particularly tricky to tease out when there are any hidden gluten sources.

This place is consistent. I usually get the Hibachi chicken, and it's always very tasty. The Yaum Yum sauce is some of the best I ever had. Great place.

Great food, fair prices, clean environment and very nice people. You're a little stingy with the gum sauce.

My favorite place to go for sushi, never disappoints. Love the family that owns the place an run the business. They remember my order every time i call in or come in. Fresh an flavorful. My favorite roll is the spicy salmon roll, and the king roll. Their Eel sauce is delicious and so is their tempura. Thank you for such tasty food Osaka!
