Bojangles - Powhatan County

They have to learn how to talk to folks when they are ordering

I hadn’t eaten Bojangles in over a decade. The food is still good but the service wasn’t great. The dining room was dirty too. The biscuits are still addicting and amazing.

This place has went downhill in the past year like a Olympic snow skier, They have gotten every order wrong that we have placed the last 3 times that we have went there.But I will say that people in the drive through window have been courteous other than that Everything else is terrible.

Very poor management. No one on the front line the 25 minutes that I was there. Plenty of people in the back Saw 2 customers walk out because no one waited on them.

Food was terrible. I ordered chicken tender kids meals and the chicken tenders were spicy, so my kids could not even eat them. The french fries were completely dried out and inedible. The biscuits were also dried out. It’s like we were given food that had been sitting out for hours. The fountain drinks were watered down and no carbonation.
