Taco John's - Powell

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes to reach the window, only to be served at a snail's pace for an additional 10 minutes. The staff member at the window was polite, but the service was incredibly slow.

I know eating is not always five stars at tacos johns, but I always loved to go to the in powell for the service, they are in the rule some of the nicest people. the type in the window was not bad workout nor polite the girls, although just cut him around the rude with the kind they talked and then I got my aftero gerst all about what a complete amount of money, I could go and got a bag of chips and dive for cheaper and got more!

A terrible service today. sat and ordered. we waited 15 minutes, I went to the counter and was told to drive thru, was their priority and they were muded! waited until the driver-dru line went back to the counter after another 10 minutes and finally got our food. my eating was cold, so it'll take time when I come back.

Ordered lg drink paid then found out they were out of ice tea and sobe too. Couldn't drink anything else they had but no refund or be other compensation was offered.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I was interrupted while placing my order and received my total before I could finish ordering. When I requested 7 packets of hot sauce, I was only allowed 2. I even offered to pay for the extra packets, but they told me no because they didn't have a button for that. Overall, I felt more like a burden than a valued customer during my visit.
