I recently visited Taco Bell on Emory Road in Powell and had a great experience overall. I placed my order through the mobile app, paid for it, and then waited in line at the drive-thru until my order was ready. The service was quick once I reached the loudspeaker to confirm my name and move up to receive my food. However, I deducted one star because the drive-thru line was quite long. Ordered chicken chipotlle chalupa combo got beef. Pepsi they had no ice and no straw. Then charged me 9.00.when i called she said there is only 1 of us here. Im sorry have a nice day and hung up. So my order wasnt right and i was over charged. No receipt to show purchase. Not ever going back View all feedback.
I ordered a 5 dollar challupa box and I'm used to getting it in the box so I don't care how many tacos I get and so they just have our eating in the bag and too much sauce that we don't want
Food wasn't bad, the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, but otherwise it was pretty clean

Not too bad but all I had was the veggie power bowl and potato fiesta. But the salad was fresh and tasty. It was better than other Taco Bells we go to. We wanted to go inside but they don't had drive tru.
