Description

Taco Bell's Emory Road location in Powell has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting a range of customer experiences. While some patrons praised the quick drive-thru service and flavor of menu items, others reported significant issues such as incorrect orders, long wait times, and inadequate customer service. Complaints included receiving the wrong meal, cold food, and difficulty with the mobile ordering system. However, there were also commendations for the restaurant's fresh ingredients and courteous staff who addressed mistakes. I live close to this restaurant, but our orders are always incorrect. They never answer their phone, and when you leave complaints through the app, they never respond.

I know that young people often work at these restaurants, but it was very disappointing to see a girl come in from smoking outside, not wash her hands, and then proceed to make out with her girlfriend while her teenage friends acted foolishly. It was completely inappropriate, especially while people were trying to enjoy their meal. On a positive note, the young man who took our order was very professional.

I recently ordered a chalupa at this restaurant and it was delicious. However, today I decided to try the cheestnada and quesadilla and I was very disappointed. The cheestnada was overcooked and difficult to chew, while the quesadilla had very little filling inside.

I went inside and I was the only one there. I ordered $14.00 worth of food and waited 20 minutes for the food under the name Char S. The cinnamon twists tasted like rancid old grease, literally inedible. The staff was cranking out to-go orders and were surprisingly kind despite the chaos.
