This is the third time we've visited on a weekend, and either they don't have all... read more Once again, they were out of the ingredients needed for their weekend special. This is the third time we've visited on a weekend, and either they don't have all the components to prepare the dish or they're completely sold out. Since this special is only available on weekends, it's surprising that they're not better prepared. The food is delicious when they actually have what they advertise. We even make an effort to arrive early to avoid these problems, but it still doesn't help.

Got the meat sweats tray. Mostly dry and relatively flavorless. I would actually put this on the same level as city BBQ if not slightly worse.Brisket- Dry and flavorless (some of the worst I’ve ever had)Sausage- Dry and flavorlessJerk Chicken-Very good flavor but dry (good sauce)Ribs- Horrible, poor flavor, tough and chewy and dry. Some of the worst ribs I’ve had. If your ribs are this bad you need an intervention.Pulled pork- Not much to say. Flavorless and dry.Guy working was a bit of an idiot too.
