This is twice this has happened at this location , it needs to be shut down, Krystal wonders why they are losing business this is why. I went into Gatlinburg to that Krystal and they were fast andfriendly.

They waited over 20 mins inside as we sat outside and watched 6 cars, 4 of which came thru after they had already ordered got their food and left, but we never got our food. She kept saying oh we go in order..no ma'am you do notor we would have gotten ours before the other 4 cars. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Thought we would give themanother chance, but we won't be back to this location ever again.

Since we were towing our camper, we couldn't use the drive-thru, but we were greeted promptly and warmly when we walked in. Our food was ready in no time, and it was served hot and absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this Krystal!

However, there's one emp... read more I've visited Krystal multiple times, both as a customer and a dasher. I really enjoy the food, although the service can be hit or miss. However, there's one employee who always stands out; unfortunately, I forgot his name, but I'll find it and update my review. Whenever he’s working, typically during late nights when they’re open 24 hours, he truly enhances the experience with his friendly demeanor and efficiency. He really has everything under control!
