Good and fast had them bring it to somewhere when i picked it up the driver was how much cash would i like back i said all of it and the driver said oh no love for the gas ok . and that was it so that why i gave it three stars
Ordered two pizzas and two sets of chicken wings. The pizza was over cooked to the point of being dry with blackened topings. The chicken wings were raw and pink. So much for 75$ on my dads bday. Edit: customer service gave me credit on the over cooked pizza and wings. Management is pleasant adding two stars for quick resolution.
For me it was nothing special light on toppings especially light on the cheese. Will be trying Paparazzi pizza next
The place I usually order from isn’t open this early in the day, so I ordered from Panago. Pizza isn’t quite as good but isn’t terrible either. Typical sorta centralized ordering system. Lots of questions attempt to sell you other stuff etc. Went to pick it up and their was no pizza. Guy in the store checked all the tickets and there was no order. He was nice enough and took the order again. Called customer service as in now have 15 minutes to kill. Guy on the other end said there was no order placed. I said obviously I didn’t imagine it, and was told it must have been from another phone, to which I replied I only have one phone. His response was literally errr, um....well I can’t really do anything because...(trailing off to the point I couldn’t really hear him). For how organized the ordering process is, the customer service is pretty much no -existent. Anyhow the guy in the store was nice and apologized, so I’ll give it two stars. Hard to go much higher when they lost my order and gave no reason or recourse.
