The burger patties are frozen, the fish is pre-fried and stored uncovered in the walk-in fridge for days before being reheated to order. Similarly, the breaded chicken is precooked prior to service. The seafood quality is also quite poor. Overall, the restaurant cuts corners in multiple ways, leading to subpar food served to paying customers.

The burgers are delicious, and the staff is friendly. There might be a bit of a wait for service occasionally, possibly due to being busy or having fewer staff, but when they do assist you, they do so with a smile.

Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were dry and there wasn't enough gravy. The vegetable selection was restricted to just a few root vegetables. The waitress was pleasant, though a bit distracted.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We just stopped in for a drink and some calamari, and both were excellent. The back patio is also really nice.
