What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I placed an order for a large dinner box and was informed that the wait time would be 40-45 minutes. However, upon arrival, I was told that my order was not ready and to come back later. When I finally received my order and took it home, I was disappointed to find that it looked unappealing and tasted bad. The cheese was not melted and the wings were stale and tough. The staff is very friendly and the service is great! my order is always quickly completed and the pizza is excellent
When I pulled up, I saw 2 Caucasians behind the counter, neither had a uniform on. Neither had a mask. Neither was wearing gloves. I saw one scratch their head. I saw the other scratch her nose. I canceled my order and left.
Ordered a pizza at 930pm. For delivery at 1100pm they called and said they were closing if I wanted to cancel my order. I said no and sent my son to pick up my order. Let the customer know if you are not able to deliver. I paid a tip to have it delivered
We have not had Pizza Hut in a long time so wanted to try it again. Pizza cheese was stuck to the lid and about half the cheese had to be scraped off. Ordered a special that included the cinnabons and they were not included in the delivered order. When I called the restaurant the first time I was hung up on and the second time no one answered. I gave up.
Our order was wrong and not the usual expected great pizza taste
