The younger guy working the drive-thru around 6 PM really needs to be replaced. He showed no customer service skills and came off as quite rude, which is not ideal for a position that involves interacting with customers. Additionally, he wasn’t even wearing his full uniform.
This was my first visit to this location, and I found the seating area to be quite pleasant. Without a drive-thru, the staff is able to take and prepare orders more quickly.
I'm not a regular Starbucks drinker by any means. But I have had to stop at this location a couple of times to pick up a quick cup. I've only used the dru-thru so far, and so far, I have never spent more than 6-8 minutes in line waiting. This is typically between 5-630am, which I expect there to be more traffic, but it has been light traffic every time I go. I get their dark roast blend with cream and sugar, and I'm on my way. So far, I haven't been disappointed. So if you just keep it simple I'm sure you can be in and out in no time. That's all I need. Keep it up guys and gals!

Currently being remodeled and not open for business or else it is gone and another store is going in. I don?t see anything mentioning Starbucks.
