The ideal place to eat at the Little Italy Food Hall! The food is amazing and always fresh. They have vegan options and sushi that melts in your mouth. The staff is also very friendly. I truly adore this place!!!

Wow, what an incredible experience! The fish was simply delightful, and the blend of mackerel and sashimi was exceptional. I've never had calamari cooked to perfection quite like this. Plus, the owner is exceptionally friendly and truly prioritizes the quality of the food, even more so than many chefs. You absolutely must visit this place—you will not be disappointed!

If you appreciate a chef who truly values local ingredients, Single Fin Kitchen is a must-visit. Their menu is exceptional, especially the Donburi bowls—they serve the best rice I've ever tasted, paired perfectly with fresh, locally sourced fish. The oysters are outstanding as well! The chef’s talent is undeniable, and I highly recommend experiencing his creativity firsthand. I even tried making a Donburi at home, but it didn’t come close. I’d much rather enjoy the authentic dish prepared by him!

This place was fantastic! We visited them at Atlas Market Food Hall and were thoroughly impressed. Absolutely a 10/10 experience—we’ll definitely be back! The food was delicious, and our daughter really enjoyed it. It almost felt like we were straying from our favorite Japanese spot, but Single Fin Kitchen was definitely worth it.

There are plenty of choices on the menu, but I’m so happy I finally tried Single Fin Kitchen. I ordered one of their Donburi rice bowls with Hamachi, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I’m a sushi lover, but the combination of flavors in this bowl was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend it.
