The oysters are incredible. The noodle soup is off the chain! We had the Rainbow roll, Philadelphia roll, and Chargerroll. We also had the chicken tempura plate and a really special seaweed cucumber type salad. Also buy two beers get sake forone cent

We waited a long time for our water, and the overall... read more The service at Kai Sushi can be inconsistent, but during our recent visit, it was especially disappointing. We waited a long time for our water, and the overall service was significantly delayed. The manager had to intervene at one point to assist. One of our orders was incorrect, and despite efforts to correct it, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, our miso soups never arrived. When we informed the server that we no longer wanted them, she explained they were too salty and chose not to bring them, yet they still ended up on our bill. Although the manager apologized and offered a discount if we asked for him next time, it would have been more fitting to apply it to our current bill. Overall, the management approach was disappointing, and we do not plan to return.

I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes a... read more I recently attempted to place a pick-up order at Sushi Rocca, formerly Kai Sushi, but had a frustrating experience. I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and overheard staff chatting on the phone instead of helping me. Although it seemed my order could have been taken quickly, I eventually hung up without placing it. While I can't speak to the food quality, this experience has made me hesitant to return. Overall, it was a disappointing encounter.
