Matt,... read more I just had to give a shout out to the five young in the Poway location. It was my first time visiting this spot and the customer service was exceptional. Matt, the server, was extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my milkshake and the variety of choices they offer. They make delicious milkshakes and malts. I have already returned twice!

I was disappointed to discover they don't open until 2 o'clock, even though I visited twice during lunchtime. It's a shame that such a great business is missing out on potential customers by not offering lunch service.

It's extremely overpriced for what you get, the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the cajun fries are delicious. Also the Men's restroom was completely unacceptable! Why would I want to come back here?

I had to use a fork. we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 veggie sandwich and 2 mini burgers, 1 large fry, and 4 shakes, and it was $97. $111 with a tip. I guess i should have gone to In Out for half the cost. I will never go back again. But I will say they had good fries ?

The burger and frieswere great, but a big burger, small fries, and a large drink comes close to $22. If I'm spending that kind of coin on thedelicious slow American suicide, Five Guys can at least keep their soda machines in good working order. Yes, it's worth the $22either way, though.
