City Dragon Chinese Food - Poway

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the Poway area! I've had a lot of Chinese food throughout my life, including when I was younger, as a close friend of mine came from a family that owned a Chinese restaurant. We enjoyed their food three times a day for years. This place offers truly fantastic Chinese cuisine. Anyone who visits will be pleased with whatever they choose, as they use fresh ingredients and serve everything hot. Overall, it's just great!

I've been ordering food from City Dragon since I was a kid, and it's absolutely amazing! The food is delicious, and the family who runs the restaurant is incredibly kind. It's definitely one of my favorite spots in Poway!

Wonderful spot! It's run by a lovely older couple. The food is delicious and well-seasoned, not just covered in sauce like at some other places. Definitely worth a visit!

Seriously a jewel! I stopped and ordered egg rolls precious, but today I ordered lunch. The lunch special is a meal. Try the Shrimp Chowmein with roasted rice, 2 fried sommes and an eggroll. Wow it was delicious, so savory and fresh. Amazing! You are so kind, highly recommended!

I love is little Family-owned and operated little unassuming gem nestled in shopping center in the middle of town.They happily accommodate dietary requests, the portions are generous and the food is yummy. Truly a great “mom pop” worth visiting and supporting!
