What User doesn't like about Mango Tree Pizzeria:
We ordered the Aloo Mutter and it took over 35 minutes, then there were only two small potatoes in it. We weren’t given plates or napkins or glasses or utensils—we had to ask for all of those things. The music is outrageously loud, and we’re...not old people with fragile ears. View all feedback.
Best and good pizza palace in town for Italian food and also various Diffrent food where available. .
Chosen for us by the local guide as it was agreed there are no good places between here and our next stop.Hard to establish if previous reviews relate to the same place, as it may have reopened in 2016, according to their facebook page.We 3 ate in the courtyard restaurant, surrounded by backpackers, one or two occasionally eating, all seemingly from Europe or Israel. We were served one at a time, as they make each dish fresh and very very slowly. Food was ok but my veg burger was slathered in mayo and topped with, granted a standard for India, yellow cheeses slice. Service was very chilled. Indeed it was so slow the third person decided not to wait any longer. 90 mins for a snack lunch is too long. We did not stay to try the "**** pancakes", an interesting item on the menu!If you are a Western backpacker wanting somewhere to hang out for a while then this may be a place for you. It is fairly inexpensive, food western style vegetarian, and with many items on the menu unavailable , more limited than it appears. It was a bad choice our guide made for us, and he did not stay to eat with us. If you go, is is probably to socialise with western kids or hope they have wifi

I went to the restaurant at 11 o'clock on the eve of my birthday. I ordered an aloo paratha and pasta, as well as a beer which they said was not available. I found it strange because I saw other patrons order and receive it. When I politely asked for it, they refused, making me feel like they didn't want to serve an Indian like me. When I questioned why they were not giving it to me while serving other white customers, the staff threatened me and told me in Hindi that they didn't have it. After experiencing their aggressive behavior, I suggested one of the employees should learn how to work in the hospitality sector. In response, the employee aggressively pushed me and demanded that I pay 400 rupees and leave. Feeling unsafe due to the aggressive and intoxicated behavior of the staff, I paid and left. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.
It seemed all the smiles and noble gestures were reserved only for the 'white skin '. Owner tried to send us off; guess we don 't look 'cool ' enough.
