It's my last day in Pushkar, so... read more I wish I had found this place earlier. I have tried many restaurants around Pushkar, but this one stands out as the best by far. It's my last day in Pushkar, so I'm a little disappointed that I won't be able to try the other options on the menu. I had the Thai soup, mango trail, pomegranate beetroot ginger juice, and the blueberry cheesecake, all of which were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I had both br... read more This restaurant is amazing from start to finish. The ambiance is peaceful and clean, and the food is incredibly tasty with beautiful presentation. I had both breakfast and dinner here and loved everything. The salad was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The tofu with barbecue sauce was mouthwatering, as was the breakfast sandwich with spinach, eggplant, cheese, and sprouts. They offer a variety of fresh juices and the almond cookies were delicious. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant.

The menu is all vegetarian with some vegan options available. It's a great place to take a break from curry dishes. The restaurant is owned and operated by a Western-trained Indian chef, and the prices are very reasonable. Located slightly outside of town near Zostel, it is definitely worth seeking out.

Popped lotus seeds, cinnamon honey, gouda cheese(?! and delicious breakfasts served in a humble place with an exceptionally lovely owner/chef who took the time to come and have a chat every time we visited. He even loaned us a few books. Our only regret is that we are only just posting this review now! If you in Pushkar, or are planning to be any time soon, don't miss out on this gem of a place.
