After descending from the temple in 40-degree heat, we visited this restaurant where Sandeep promptly served us 7 of his flavorful chais to sample. We enjoyed all of them, and Sandeep was wonderful, engaging us in interesting conversation and offering to give us a tour of the area later in the day. Whether you are visiting the Savitri Temple or not, this restaurant is a must-visit. View all feedback.
What Joost N doesn't like about Base Camp Sandeep:
The guy at the property was hoping for us to enjoy chai after seeing the cablecar. Unfortunately we did not have time and on the way back we tried to explain we were not going to make it. When walking away he was saying ironically 'good excuses '. Well mr. If you want to have new customers you have to change your attitude first! View all feedback.
After climbing the mountain a good stop to get the jelly out your legs. 7 different teas to taste and choose your favourite. Good price for the tea.
Stopped in for some water on our way back from the temple hike and ended up staying to try Sandeeps Magic Mix tea brews. A great genuine guy to have a yak to and the tea was delicious. Definitely try his tea whilst in Pushkar. Wish you all the best with your business ventures Sandeep.

Was walking towards the Savitri temple when I noticed I was to late to reach in time for sunset. I happened to have stopped right outside Sandeep Base Camp. Sandeep started talking to me and in normal fashion in India invited me in for a cup of tea. But it wasn't an ordinary cup of chai. Sandeep have created a special spice mix which he calls Magic Pinch. With this he goes and make 7 different types of flavoured tea (all without milk, something I really appreciated And the tea is truly amazing and Sandeep gives a good show and also good conversation. He also organise tours, I didn't have time to go on any of these though. If you are in Pushkar I can really recommend just taking a few minutes and visit Sandeep to try his magic pinch tea and have a nice conversation, it's definitely worth it :
