As a native of Jefferson/Kitsap Counties for many years and I had the great pleasure to visit any restorer who has opened up in the area. But no one who remains open today or in the last 10 years can beat Molley Ward Gardens. Not only is the newly dedicated barn building great and clever enough to keep tourists away, the restrictive employees are simple, the funniest and most beautiful people. I can say there's nowhe... What Cynthia Batchelder doesn't like about Molly Ward Gardens:
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner for about 50 people there. I'm not sure if my son told them we wanted to wait 2 hours before being served, it seems unlikely. The food was dry and disappointing. The wine was poor (any wine from the nearby Costco would have been better). The crab dip was good. The garden is pretty. There isn't much sound dampening so it was difficult to talk with people. My husband and I visited the coast for a week. The best restaurants and boutique hotels on the way. Mol Ward rates number one about the Fabulous 5 star places we ate in downtown Seattle and Bellingham. Very different attitude and vibe then the others who were so cool. Felt, as if I were invited to dinner in a professional cook at home! Best file I've ever had!!
Perfect every time.. Wonderful atmosphere, great service and they use real food! The menu always changes depending on what's in the season and everything we've tried was amazing. The salads here are the best I've ever had in my life, and the desserts, oh man, just thinking about, makes my mouthwater. Prices are very reasonable given the quality of food. Definitely recommend calling first to make a reservation.

I can say there's nowhere I'd rather spend a Friday night. The food is liquid gold. Make your self a favor and let the cook choose your salad, apitiser, meal, dessert, and pairings that he knows what goid for you better then you can even imagine.
Went for our 16th anniversary and had a nice time. The atmosphere and service were wonderful and the food was amazing. The filled mushrooms were the best I ever had. The drinks were strong, but otherwise quite moderate.
This is a very unique restaurant in a Barn. Lotus root was a surprised to us and it was great. The quality of the meat and vegetables were great. The pianist was great and she plays on Wednesday and Friday.
