What Mur H doesn't like about Continental Apartments:
Not only are the owner and current manager asses, they will keep your deposit for damages incurred by previous residents. Both of these pathetic people are aware that the money they charged were for existing damages that were clearly listed on the move in sheets. I just moved in here a few months ago and felt a bit fearful of my surroundings, but Shannon and neighbors have really made me feel welcome! Shannon is the apartment manager here and she is amazing! She and others organized an awesome BBQ involving the local law enforcement and it was fun! They provided a lot of the food and drinks with some help from neighbors! I just love that despite some tough hoops we all have to jump through, she (I’m sure with some help works very hard to ensure we feel at homeThanks Shannon! And thanks for the card :
In my 7 years of being an USPS mailman, I have never met a property manager as amazing as Shannon. Her passion for helping my co-carrier and I are unbelievable and she strives to make our job as easy as possible. Even though Shannon is responsible for a large area as a property manager, she is still able to work with unmatched efficiency and at ludicrous speeds. Additionally, she also helps make the tenants who come in to feel at ease as we know she can and is willing to help in any way she can. Furthermore, she partakes in activities such as Halloween, St. Patrick’s, and etc. to boost the joy of everyone around her. All in all, the properties would not be as joyous and inviting if Shannon was not there as she gives 101% in supporting the needs and wants of every tenant and even to a simple mailman like me.
This was such a fun event and well decorated for Saint Patrick's Day! Lots of great refreshments and visiting time!

The service, the food and the entertainment. You really need to stop by and try it. Don 't let the diner in the name fool you. I just had a great steak and live music. Come check em out.
