What Dan Florentin doesn't like about Burrata Bistro:
Disappointing experience. The restaurant adds a mandatory 7% surcharge to all orders that goes to the establishment rather than the employees. This policy is not made at all clear, as it is in fine print on the bottom of the menu. After reading the small fine print, there is nothing to say it's mandatory, only that it's included. Such a great hole in the wall restaurant downtown. Ordered the three rum punch, lamb ribs, and a house martini. Such great service.

Also, they sat us in the 2nd ? dining room and AC was not working well in that room and it was uncomfortable.
