I was excited because it was my first time eating at one, and it’s safe to say I will never eat at one again. The waitress was very inattentive and the restaurant was not anywhere near full. After ordering it took a very very long time for our food to actually get out to us. The food was gross and had definitely been sitting under hot lamps for a quite some time before being brought to our table, the Mac and cheese and even a burger were dried out very bad. And everything was covered in salt. The steak was ok, but everything else on the plate wasn’t. We weren’t even given condiments or cutlery, we had to ask for them or get them ourselves off of other tables. Terrible experience, terrible food, just overall terrible. Never again.

On the surface it looks clean but my guess is those rugs haven't been washed in ages and the wall coverings too. I couldn't get over it while eating. The menu was dirty and looked like it had many many drinks spilled on it in past. Finally, our booth was tiny for 4 people. The food is meh at best. The menu is so tired and lacks excitement. The 12 salad bar is a joke and my soup came out cold. The only part of the meal I liked was that the kids meal had two burgers and cost only 4.99. Stay away
