Nilda's Desserts - Poughkeepsie

I have had Nildas Desserts before never had a problem with them Until I bought a brownie cookie and a brownie yesterday from the mobile station, and I had one last night and one today and they both taste it very old and a awful awful taste! Very disappointing!

Customer service is outstanding! I thought I had a problem with a product from them but it was a case of mistaken identity. Elizabeth's response to my inquiry was fast and she was very concerned there may be an issue. After a few questions, we determined it was not Nildas Desserts after all but I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. Having enjoyed their baked goods in the past I can say the quality of both their food and customer service is excellent.

They sell slices of pound cake at the local gas station in Lagrange and I pick up a slice every morning for breakfast. My favorite is the plain pound cake but blueberry is also great, definitely recommend!

You have the most amazing, Cookies,Cake,Breads and Candy I have ever had. So fresh and delicious. Your presentation is amazing and creative as well.
