What Justice Satterfield dislikes about Bonsai:
First time trying this Bonsai today, placed a pick up order. I ordered the chicken tempura rolls, shrimp tempura rolls and rock shrimp. Going by reviews I was expecting more but it's like every other sushi place nothing special. The inside has like 8 tables but there is outside seating with umbrellas outside on the walk path. This is our place for sushi in the opposite. the service is fast and eating is always fresh. we love the salmon avocado, garnel tempoura roll and spicy salmon avocado sushi. but everything is always super tasty... the outside sitting area is perfect at a beautiful day and they can bring their dog. they are super pet friendly. they will be very happy to see how much love they show to their four-legged creature.

The sushi was bigger than I used to, so I ordered a lot, but the rice was perfectly boiled and just really spiced, and the fish was very fresh. my waiter was very attentive and even gave me soy sauce, which I have never seen before lol! I will definitely go back and forth when the quality and service remain as great as this. edit: I ate here again today and tried all nitriri and a salmon skin handrolle. this place is my new favorite sushi restaurant by far in this opposite. the pieces are like the ones in japan, huge! and I can not emphasize enough how fresh everything is. bon appetit!
