Miss Jackie always seems comfortable. The other ladies working in front are not always pleasant. Not sure they're still working there because I stopped going for a while. Your food is good. There were a few times when I ordered rice and there were some hard pieces, and once I ordered oxtail and some of them was hard. But no one is perfect. I understand everyone has a free day. Like I said, her food is good, just a few misses.

I have been coming to this wonderful restaurant on Main Street for many years now-And I told the friendly and professional staff to Watch Out 'cause I got many years worth of praise and 'happy belly ' times to sing about! Delicious, freshly cooked and prepared food and fixin 's -and the portions are on the money! I am smart enough to know to get in before the afternoon rush, because their menu is that good and that much in demand! Lastly, a great staff, always friendly, always professional! Definitely the best Caribbean food spot in Poughkeepsie! You get what you pay for honesty she packs the plate to the brim with rice and isnt shy on the extra gravy.?

Stopped in this morning after work. Was greeted by the friendly owner, she?s such a sweetheart. Got some breakfast; it was well worth it. I would recommend Golden Kristen for authentic Jamaican food!
