Oh my goodness! My 6-year-old has taken to calling it "poopie cheese." What a disappointment! The games were all broken, and there was no ball pit or climbing tunnels as advertised. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food has really declined, the management is awful, and I was shocked by how they spoke to their employees. It took forever for my child to receive their prizes, and the girl at the counter seemed unhappy. The place was dusty, and half of the games barely functioned. I'm genuinely disappointed; I used to love coming to Chuck E. Cheese as a child, and seeing it run like this is really sad. I do NOT recommend visiting here.
