You come here for big ol' piles of rice and beans with some kind of meat on it. Typically a really massive amount of food for the price, but that can also depend on who is serving it. The quality is...hit or miss. The pernil can be sometimes a bit dry. The chicken stews are usually fine and the beef stew is probably the dish I most consistently like. Their food is good. They give a good amount of food for the price. Prices are not bad at all. I would definitely come back again. They don’t offer outside dining because of location so I only do take out. But it’s okay. Still enjoyed their food. The plate on here is $12.00.I ate some lol then remember I have to take a picture.This is pork and steak with yellow rice and beans
This restaurant offers some of the top Spanish cuisine around. The daily menu may be repetitive, featuring a variety of meats, rice, beans, plantains, or soup. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include vegetables with the dinner plates. Overall, the food is excellent and I would give this place five stars.
The food is delicious considering the price. Cheaper than most fast food options and likely healthier since it is all home cooked meals. However, the restaurant has had multiple owners leading to changes in quality and taste at times.
The food was disappointing; the steak was dry, and the rice was undercooked. I won't be ordering from them again.
This place is quite simple, but the food is good. I miss the $5 plates from when they first opened. The service can be a bit slow, but the staff is friendly.
