The staff was friendly and accommodating, whic... read more A Touch of Naples is a humble NYC-style pizza shop I had planned to try for a while, and I 'm glad I finally did. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which is always a good start. The pizza was exceptional and met my expectations. As a pizza lover and somewhat of a pizza snob, I don 't necessarily need stylized pizza, just good pizza that is not dry and not thick and doughy. The pizza at A Touch of Naples hit the mark! I started with a plain slice to test the waters and then had two slices of Joe 's Pizza. The Joe 's Pizza is the legendary Poughkeepsie pizza from when Joe 's was located at Stitzel Field in Poughkeepsie. The Joe 's Pizza was exactly how I remembered it from years ago. This is a perfect stop for pizza enthusiasts! I should have tried them years ago.

They're always kind and engaging and willing to banter. It's also some of the best pizza I've ever had. I recommend trying the white pizza or the cheeseburger pizza Updating my review to add the baked ziti w/ chicken pizza to my recommended pizzas
