I was ignored while standing at register waiting for service. Employee looked directly at me and then started playing on phone.
I love my Dunkin coffee. Great people at my local Dunkin. They always have my order ready when I arrive and are very courteous.
Place is the worst on customer service. Rude employees. Long wait even if your the only customer. They don't care. It's time for new management. It's been this way for over a year. Just go up the road. The service and food is way better

The worst Dunkin? Donuts to have deal with ? closes at random times and they all can never get the order correct. Most just stand around and then ask you about your order 3 times. Can?t believe it?s even open at all. The Gm should be fired in myopinion.
