Donuts to have deal with ? closes at random times and they all can never get the order correct. Most just stand around and then ask you about your order 3 times. Can?t believe it?s even open at all. The Gm should be fired in myopinion.

I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes no one came up to take my order I left I?ll go somewhere else. I?ll stick to the mom and pop coffeeshops that actually care about the customers instead of standing there doing nothing.

I get that places are short staffed but if you have time to talk personal while on the drive thru speaker than why cant my order be made right after making a li... read more I get that places are short staffed but if you have time to talk personal while on the drive thru speaker than why cant my order be made right after making a line of 9 cars wait for almost a half hour? My order is never made right even tho i give themchance and chance again and again it NEVER changes...so after todays visit of givng me water down unflavored iced coffee for themillionth time when i order the french vanilla ice chia latte every time and 2 donuts and gave me bacon....how does that getmixed up? The lady knew it was wrong but chose to do nothing or say anything about it...im not coming back...the service isworse each time and im done giving them any more chances...its obvious they dont know how to makes drinks and put orderstogether and they just seem to not care...i understand tge short staff and all but sometimes its not about waiting for a littlelonger its the point of talking personal over the speaker and not caring that they gave us the complete wrong order again...noapology for the long wait or screwed up order...if they were nice and acknowledged their mistakes then i wouldnt have anissue...i couldnt even tell what the girls name was being they dont wear name tags. Its not just her tho its the entire staff
