My breakfast 'burger' with roasted salmon, perfectly soft poached egg and brioche bun was just unreal. And the coffee was great as well.

My husband had the avocado, Roma tomato and basil on toast with sides of bacon, grilled mushrooms and goats cheese. I had the soft boiled egg with avocado, tomato and red onion. Stealing one of my husbands grilled mushrooms completed my meal. This is a solid option for breakfast tucked down a quiet side street in Potts Point.

القهوة قصة اسمعوها. وش اللي يخلي قهوة زعيط أحسن من قهوة معيط...وجب التوضيح للعموم بحكم إنه زاد السؤال عن سبب اختيار قهوة عن قهوة...... طبيعي إنه القهوة تختلف جو... read more القهوة قصة اسمعوها. وش اللي يخلي قهوة زعيط أحسن من قهوة معيط...وجب التوضيح للعموم بحكم إنه زاد السؤال عن سبب اختيار قهوة عن قهوة...... طبيعي إنه القهوة تختلف جودتها بإختلاف منشأها و ارتفاعها و غيره..... طبيعي إنه اللي يتنقى حبوب القهوة يكون له دور في تميز قهوة عن غيرها..... و أكثر من طبيعي إن اللي يسويها.... عنده سالفة. . . بس الجزء اللي يخلي قهوة تفرق عن قهوة مع انها من نفس المزرعة و يسويها نفس الباريستا هو التحميص ... الجزء المهمل في ثقافتنا الخليجية. . . معلومة: أثناء التحميص.... يحدث إنفجارين لحبوب القهوة.... الأول يكون زي صوت البوب كورن و يكون في بداية الاستواء....... و الثاني زي صوت صبَة الكورن فليكس في صحن و انت متأخر ع المدرسة..... التحميص فن و إحساس بحكم إنه بين الصوتين يحدث لحبة القهوة ٢٥٠٠ تفاعل كيميائي فريد يحدد بموجبة خبير التحميص المحترف و المحظوظ في نظري الحمصة اللي تمثله. . . هنا الفن و طولة البال.... هنا الرحلة اللي ما تنتهي بحثا عن الحمصة الأكثر حظا مثل حمصة الجيبسي اسبريسو..... ماريو سولفاكي حتى مش استرالي و جا سيدني قبل عشرين سنة و الحين يمثل المدرسة الأسترالية في فن التحميص التي لا تقبل بالانتاج الكمي على حساب النوعية المتميزة. . . ???????????????? @gypsyespresso ???????????????? . . هو اللي أسس توبيس استيت أشهر قهوة هنا و لمن الشريك قرر يقلبها سياحي طلع و سوا قهوة الفتاة الغجرية.... رجع لأصوله الغجرية باحتراف بدل ما يسرق فلوسك .... خلاّك تدفع له و انا مبسوط ثمن لقهوة .....قوامها و شخصيتها لها من اسمها..... ساحرة .... غامضة.... عميقة. . . #عندهم_سالفة

They roast their own beans featuring great blends and rotating single origin coffees. Be sure to look at their specials board before ordering because we tasted some truly tasty dishes. Sandwiches stacked with Gruyere and Provolone deliver the goods.

They are known for their... read more Gypsy espresso is a small cafe off the main strip in Kings Cross Potts point. There are about 5 tables inside and a few out the front. They are known for their coffee and the staff have a great knowledge and advice of the coffee. Only too happy to provide me with a weak skim cap. I got it in a takeaway cup as I have a bit of an obsession with artwork cups! It is also a good coffee; gypsy roasters beans. I ordered the ancient grain, sweet corn, tomato, spinach and goats cheese, pumpkin seeds and yogurt dressing salad for my lunch. Absolutely delicious with a really nice dressing, and very healthy. Service was lovely; the barista notably very skilled and a good atmosphere in the cafe particularly good lady working the till, seemed to know customers well.
