Despite it not being on the menu, Darren specially cooked my wife's favorite Calves liver as he knew she was coming in. The spatchcock was amazing - deboned and delicious, Barramundi was to die for. The desserts were impeccable - the apple tart, twisted spoon (tiramisu), and my favorite trifle. In one word, fanbloodytastic! [hidden link]
