What Vernon Bogan doesn't like about Chester White Cured Diner:
This place is absolutely ridiculous to try and get into. Their website clearly states that you cannot book so with that in mind we turned up at about fully expecting to wait about and hour. We were told the wait was just over Surely if a place is that busy they would think it appropriate to take bookings. Such a waste of time, don’t bother. View all feedback.
I've been here several times and I always recommend friends. the service is impeccable as in a small city bar, with amazing fresh food and friendly faces. a casual sit-up drink and nibble, or the famous truffle cacio e pepe can't go wrong. we enjoyed the “Feed me” option with friends one night and enjoyed every meal from the menu. it was fantastic. will be back again and again!
They feel like home this place really lives up to its slogan. cacio e pepe with truffle was mixed with pecorino in a cheese wheel before plating. fantastic!
Great menu and cocktails. the personal was beautiful. I will definitely be back! recommended dishes and yes they will be our famous cacio e pepe and or carbonara, if they want, 6 hours slowly boiled bark cheek roasted baby kartoffeln salsa verde, healed, bbq pork empanadas...More

Don't miss this unique dining experience. Great food and friendly staff in an intimate atmosphere. This place is now a must whenever we are in Sydney.
