We deducted one star for the ambiance, which could definitely be nicer and more welcoming.

We were there last weeke... read more Is it still a restaurant if you have to go to the counter to order and pick up your food, and then the dishes are of fast-food quality? We were there last weekend. My pho was okay, but you could tell they were using the cheapest kind of pasta. My wife had fried noodles, but besides tofu, carrot, and mung bean sprouts, they had nothing else in them, weren't cooked through properly, and were almost cold. And I didn't even want to try a friend's chicken and rice dish because of how it looked. (He probably only ate half of it, at most. We're sorry, but that was our first and last visit.
