Ive been to mcduffs on several occsions (mostly when im visiting family in buffalo a few times a year) and i make sure to always stop on my way up. food comes o... read more Ive been to mcduffs on several occsions (mostly when im visiting family in buffalo a few times a year) and i make sure to always stop on my way up. food comes out quick, has always been hot and the draft selection is plentiful. for the price, quality service, you can't skip mcduffs in potsdam. ps. they serve very cold beers (thankfully)

Place is kind of oddly laid out.... read more Continuing my journey through Potsdam eateries after watching Clarkson Women’s hockey, stopped at McDuff’s for the first time. Place is kind of oddly laid out. Didn’t really have the cozy Irish pub vibe. More sports bar. Waitress seemed to on her own with a decent sized crowd which slowed service some.The Buffalo Chicken Poutine app was huge and had a very unique flavor. It had a bit of a kick to it, so if you don’t like hot (spicy) food you may want to pass on this one. I enjoyed my signature Reuben, however the fries weren’t good. Kind of soggy. Grease might need to be changed.They have a few televisions on the wall with various sporting events on and a couple of electric dart boards.

Such fun atmosphere and locals are friendly... read more I visited my Bf in NY, we went down twice, once for St. Patrick's Day Night Fun. What made me say was a great time. Such fun atmosphere and locals are friendly to have a good time. The staff is super friendly and knows how to make a drink. At night there was live music. Have fun. The second visit, the place was much quieter, staff still on point, we tried the färgers and mash, we did not have this court before, it was delicious, we were both happy and full when we left.
