I ordered online and paid and went to pick up the food. The manager said I don 't understand.Can you explain it to me? Um. I paid and I 'm here to pick up. It 's too bad that receipts don 't have order numbers like atMcDonald 's and you have to give a name. Not everyone in the US has an English name. There is no courtesy or greeting forcustomers.

I nicely told her to change her gloves and she caught an attitude but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito but it wasfalling apart I asked her can I have an extra tortilla on the side she told me 27cents I come here all the time I never getcharged extra!!!! I was willing to pay but the Al cashier Maria started to be rude telling me I need to pay right now! Theemployees are disgusting and ibwill never come back!

Be sure to ask for what you want as you move through the options because there are some things that don't cost extra but they won't offer unless you ask. For example, every time I go they don't ask if I want veggies and I have to mention it otherwise they don't ask. The veggies are yummy btw!

It was all white, the food was really bad.
