Be sure to ask for what you want as you move through the options because there are some things that don't cost extra but they won't offer unless you ask. For example, every time I go they don't ask if I want veggies and I have to mention it otherwise they don't ask. The veggies are yummy btw!

Cu... read more Not all employees were wearing face masks, which is disappointing. Additionally, there were no plastic barriers in place to help prevent the spread of COVID. Customer service was lacking during my visit. I ordered online, made my payment, and went to pick up my food, but the manager seemed confused and asked me to explain the situation. I had already paid and was simply there to collect my order. It's unfortunate that there are no order numbers like at McDonald's, requiring customers to provide a name instead. Not everyone in the USA has an English name, which can complicate things. Furthermore, there was a clear lack of courtesy or greetings for customers.

I ordered online and paid and went to pick up the food. The manager said I don 't understand.Can you explain it to me? Um. I paid and I 'm here to pick up. I nicely told her to change her gloves and she caught an attitude but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito but it wasfalling apart I asked her can I have an extra tortilla on the side she told me 27cents I come here all the time I never getcharged extra!!!! I was willing to pay but the Al cashier Maria started to be rude telling me I need to pay right now! Theemployees are disgusting and ibwill never come back!
