The Tahini Caesar Bowl was our favorite, followed by the Green and Grains Bowl with Grilled Chicken, which had a good combination of healthy ingredients. The grilled meatballs in the Grains bowl were a bit dry.

The food is delicious, fresh, well-flavored, and not overwhelming for picky eaters. I have tried almost everything on the menu in different combinations, but my favorite is always the braised lamb (worth the extra cost) and the pita. All the spices are delicious, especially the kalamata olives and the lemon herb tahini dressing. I highly recommend this place to everyone! The mobile order pickup is always efficient and works perfectly.

Pr... read more Cabin John location is probably my second most visited Cava location. It is close to the family and often the healthy choice that my niece prefers for lunch. Pretty much like my homecoming. Efficient. Clean. The staff is friendly. I can get my favorites as I like it. Parking is a bit hectic because it is in Cabin John, but at least Cava is on one end with parking next to Tuckerman Lane. This location has a more beautiful terrace to sit on, but plenty of space if you are for indoors. With the pandemic I did curbside pickup and went through to get the execution.
