Overall, I'm quite disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere next week.

This happens and at least she is doing something t... read more I just got back from KFC in Poteau. The drive through is down and a girl is standing out there taking orders. This happens and at least she is doing something to help. I decide since the line is so long to go in and order. The kitchen has trash everywhere and is dirty but I think ok it is just because they are busy. the lady working the counter just keeps pretending that I wasn 't there or that I had a line behind me. Finally she realized I wasn 't going away and come and ask what I wanted. I told her I want a bucket chicken meal and she said we can 't to that . And walked away. Silly me I thought KFC stood for Kentucky Fried Chicken....guess I was wrong.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a while. Don't go to Kentucky Fried CHICKEN for chicken. WOW!
